I have used Suzanne to rent apts for about 12 years now and she is the most friendly kind reliable trustworthy person there is and any problems you may have regardless of what they are she will try to resolve I would most highly recommend Suzanne to rent apts off.

Suzanne is the most reliable confident intelligent helpful person to deal with. We rented for years flats in Los Cristianos with her help. In fact we are renting one flat now. We are so grateful. Fantastic flats, the best agent. We feel lucky to know her.

We have rented property through Suzanne for several years. She has always been extremely helpful and obliging with all matters. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and we now regard her as a good friend.

We have known Suzanne for 16 years. She helped us purchase our apartment 306T in Comodoro, Los Cristianos in 2005, and we have relied on her ever since, taking care of things, organising cleaning, maintanence, deliveries , etc. She has become a personal friend rather than an agent. When you live in England 2000 miles away you need someone you can trust.
She has always been there immediately whenever we needed her.
Always taking personal care of all of her rentals.

We had the pleasure to book multiple times with Suzanne since 2020. She has always been very kind and responsive to all our questions. Even in week-ends and late in the days. She is very customer oriented and will go the extra mile. We highly recommend her to all. Keep up the good work.
I have known Suzanne since before she moved to Tenerife, and I have rented appartments through her service many times, both for short holidays, and later after my retirement for the whole winter for many years. Her appartments have always been clean and nice, and she has provided all kinds of help when needed.
