What can I say Suzanne knew we were looking for our new long term home here in Tenerife, we had been looking for some time, between apartments with ridiculous fees and others that weren't suitable we were getting disheartened. Suzanne came to the rescue as soon as she found a suitable apartment for us. She got in contact immediately, the place is absolutely amazing.
From start to finish everything has been plain sailing great value and no fees!! Proper contract everything legal and nothing to much trouble for her!!

I do not know enough English to express my good opinion of Suzanne.
She Is gentle, easy to comunicate with, always available and efficient in every occasion, not only for the apartment but also for my personal problems.
I am happy to stay here as long as I can.

Have rented from Suzanne for 2 years now, and have always found every aspect of the service we receive is, excellent, we have never had any problems with Suzanne and her team, considering the problems many people have had over the pandemic from other rental companies, we consider ourselves very lucky.

Could not be happier with Suzanne. She handled the sale of my property from start to finish. She found the Buyer and dealt with the myriad of requests and pieces of paper required in the process with great cheerfulness and professionalism. Her Spanish and engaging personality enabled us to get through the Spanish bureaucracy in a timely manner. Without Suzanne I would have undoubtedly failed. With Suzanne by my side we were completely successful. I cannot recommend her more highly!

We've been renting our apartment through Suzanne for almost 10 years now and we couldn't ask for more. We feel very fortunate to have met her, she's been great from the moment she picked us up to go see a couple apartments, then on to where is still our home here on Tenerife and she continues to do a great job.
